Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible

To request cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order:

2️⃣ Include your Order ID and cancellation request

3️⃣ Our team will confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled:

• Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days

• Refund will be processed to the original payment method

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Orders Already Shipped

If the order has already been dispatched:

• Cancellation is not possible

• You may refer to our Return Policy after delivery (if eligible)

5. Avella’s Right to Cancel

Avella reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Payment failure or verification issues

• Product unavailability

• Incorrect pricing or product details

• Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
