Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons) (optional — include if you want)

• Customized or personalized jewellery

• Items purchased during clearance or final sale

• Gift cards or promotional items

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

2️⃣ Include your Order ID and reason for return

3️⃣ Our team will review and provide return instructions

Please do not send products back without approval.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos/videos as proof

We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.

6. Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless item is defective or incorrect)

• Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise

7. Anti-Tarnish Jewellery Care

Our jewellery is designed with anti-tarnish coating; however, damage caused by improper handling, chemicals, perfumes, or water exposure may not be eligible for refund.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
