Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns if the following conditions are met:

• Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

• Product is unused and in original condition

• Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

• No signs of damage, wear, or alteration

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons) (optional — include if you want)

• Customized or personalized jewellery

• Items purchased during sale or clearance

• Gift cards or promotional items

3. Return Process

To request a return:

2️⃣ Include your Order ID and reason for return

3️⃣ Our team will review your request and provide return instructions

Please do not send items back without confirmation from our team.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

• Avella is not responsible for lost returns if shipped without tracking

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share clear photos/videos for verification

We will arrange a replacement or resolution after approval.

6. Anti-Tarnish Jewellery Care

Our jewellery is designed to resist tarnishing; however, damage caused by misuse, chemicals, perfumes, or improper care may not qualify for return.
